At a time of global crisis, an Global task force of heroes banded together to restore peace to a war-torn world:

It finished the crisis and helped to maintain peace in the years that followed, inspiring an era of exploration, invention, and discovery. But after many decades, Overwatch's influence waned, and it was finally disbanded.

Overwatch is gone... but the planet needs heroes.

Overwatch comes with a wide array of unique heroes, which range from a time-jumping adventurer, to a armored, rocket-hammer-wielding warrior, to a transcendent robot monk. Every hero plays differently, and controlling their skills is the key to unlocking their potential. No 2 heroes will be the same.

Whether you're engaging in combat on the front line, providing defensive cover with your energy defense, or supporting your allies by amplifying their damage, every hero's abilities are made to be effective as part of a group. Learning how to use your skills in concert with your teammates' is the secret to victory.

Teams of heroes do battle across the planet. From protecting the secrets of the mysterious Temple of Anubis, to safely escorting an EMP device through King's Row, the world is your battle.

The attacking group's objective is to maneuver the payload into a shipping point, while the defenders should stop the attackers' progress till time runs out.

Two groups struggle over control of the mapone group on offense, another on protection. The attackers' aim is to catch crucial aims, while Overwatch gameplay the defenders must keep control over them until time runs out.
